Sports games are universally understood, and this game, "Swim Race" harks back to the old "button basher" sports games of the 1980s, such as Hyper Sports or Track 'n' Field. The gameplay is simply understood - use the left and right keys alternately to swim faster, and the down arrow for making a turn at the end of the swimming pool.
